We expect all individuals interacting with our business, whether in person, by phone, by email, through social media, or through any other communication channel, to treat our staff with courtesy and respect.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Abuse
Ride The Wind has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, abusive behavior, threats, or violence directed toward our employees, contractors, or representatives.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, yelling, or aggressive language
- Personal insults, discriminatory remarks, or offensive comments
- Harassment through phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, or online reviews
- Threats of physical harm, property damage, or legal action made in a threatening or intimidating manner
- Intimidation, bullying, or stalking behavior
- Physical aggression or violence
- Recording employees without consent where prohibited by law
- Any conduct that creates an unsafe, hostile, or uncomfortable environment
Service Refusal and Termination of Communication
Ride The Wind reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior
- End telephone calls or meetings that become abusive or threatening
- Restrict communication to written correspondence only
- Ask individuals to leave our premises
- Contact law enforcement when necessary to protect employees, customers, or property
Respectful Dispute Resolution
We understand that concerns and disagreements may occasionally arise. We encourage customers to communicate concerns respectfully so that we can work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
Our team is committed to listening to customer concerns and addressing issues professionally; however, abusive or threatening conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Employee Safety & Scope of Work
The safety of our employees and contractors is a top priority. Ride The Wind E-Transportation reserves the right to refuse any request, service, installation, pickup, delivery, repair, or other activity that may place our staff at risk of injury or create an unsafe working environment.
Customers may not require, pressure, or expect employees to:
- Perform heavy lifting beyond safe workplace guidelines
- Move furniture, appliances, vehicles, or other objects not directly related to the service being provided
- Enter unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary areas
- Perform work alone where additional personnel are required for safety
- Work in conditions that may result in injury or property damage
- Undertake tasks outside the scope of the agreed service
- Enter private residences or properties where safety concerns exist
- Handle situations that employees reasonably believe may pose a risk to their health, safety, or wellbeing
If an employee determines that a task cannot be completed safely, Ride The Wind reserves the right to stop work immediately, reschedule the service, require additional assistance, or refuse the request altogether.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that service areas are reasonably accessible and safe prior to any scheduled appointment, pickup, delivery, or service call.
No employee will be disciplined for refusing to perform work that they reasonably believe to be unsafe.
Invoice Terms & Conditions
By signing an invoice, estimate, work order, service agreement, or by submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, pricing, specifications, and services outlined herein.
Acceptance of Work and Charges
The customer's signature, electronic approval, or payment constitutes authorization for Ride The Wind E-Transportation Dealership to perform the requested work, provide the listed products and services, and charge the amounts specified.
Once signed or approved, the invoice, estimate, or work order shall be considered final and binding unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Ride The Wind E-Transportation Dealership.
Policy Enforcement
Any violation of this policy may result in service refusal, removal from the premises, cancellation of future services, or involvement of law enforcement where appropriate.
By visiting our showroom, service department, website, or communicating with Ride The Wind E-Transportation Dealership, you agree to comply with this policy.
